Terms and Conditions
My Sands is provided by BrandiQ on behalf of Sands (Stillbirth and Neonatal Death Society) as a service to their employees, branches and fundraisers. Please note that your use of My Sands constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. BrandiQ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use My Sands.
BrandiQ produce and deliver quality print, products and services. If you are not satisfied with your experience, please contact the Customer Satisfaction Team via My Sands within 7 (seven) days from the date you receive it (or the date it was scheduled to arrive) clearly stating how My Sands failed to meet your expectations.
Exceptions - Please note that My Sands cannot be responsible for:
• Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by you.
• Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
• Design errors or colour selection errors introduced in the customisation process by you.
• Errors in user-selected options such as size, finishing options, or quantity.
• Duplicate orders by the customer.
• Incorrect delivery addresses, undeliverable packages/3rd delivery attempts, or other errors created by you.
• Where your order is damaged or lost by the delivery service we will in the first instance reprint or send replacement items.
• We reserve the right to have you return the original order before reprinting or refunding your order.
• We are not responsible for any damages or claims incurred by you or your business caused by receiving printed materials which are defective or incomplete or which you receive later than the estimated delivery date.
• Claims outside of the 7-day period
All prices and amounts shown on My Sands are in £ Sterling. When you submit a request on My Sands you agree that all charges, including VAT, and carriage will automatically be paid by an approved payment method. Such amounts will be posted on My Sands.
All lead times are guides only and are based on working days and begin on the first full working day after your order has been placed.
Delivery and Arrival Times
Transit times vary, and My Sands assumes no responsibility for delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays.
Your mailing list(s), while in our possession, is your exclusive property and shall be used only with your instructions. Your mailing list(s) will not be sold or offered for use to any other party, and My Sands will not utilise the list for any other purpose.
All sales are final, however a request for cancellation may be submitted via My Sands, it is advised that this should be submitted within 24 hours of the order being placed. All requests are reviewed and where they have not progressed to the production and fulfilment team they may be accepted. Where this is not possible then the order will proceed and you will be liable for the full cost of the order.
You, the User, acknowledge that all content included on this My Sands, including, without limitation, the information, data, software, photographs, graphs, typefaces, graphics, images, illustrations, maps, designs, icons, written and other material and compilations (collectively, "Content") are intellectual property and copyrighted works of BrandiQ and/or various third-party providers ("Providers").
You may only use this My Sands to make legitimate requests to purchase the products or services offered (each, a "Request"), and shall not use this My Sands to make any speculative, false or fraudulent requests. You may not use robots or other automated means to access this My Sands. You represent that you are of sufficient legal age to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of your use of this My Sands. You agree to promptly update your user information (if applicable) in order to keep it current, complete and accurate.
As part of the registration process for this site, we collect personal and contact information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about important updates, latest offers and changes to the service we provide. if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
Accessing your personal information
You are entitled to view, amend or delete the personal information that we hold. Please email your requests to email@example.com where our data protection officer will deal promptly with your request.
